Saturday 7th September 2019 - 11:30 to 12:30 It was a very quiet time for birds with one of the lowest species counts ever. One of the Egyptian Geese  was back. A Kingfisher  flew across the lake a couple of times. A (wild) rabbit  hopped from St Hughes Close into the park. We saw one a couple of weeks ago on our front lawn. Maybe it roams far or maybe there is a colony of them. No sign of the Grebes or even a Blackbird. We walked around Gratton's Park as well. But that only added Great Tit  and Herring   Gull . A full list of the birds seen is in the Bird Table .
