Thursday 17-03-2022 - 10:00 to 12:00The pair of Egyptian Geese only have two goslings left. The most recent deaths were caused by dogs being walked in the park. There was not a single gull on the lake. They are moving to their breeding sites. We had good views of and heard a Chiffchaff. The first of our returning migrants.A Greylag goose flew low over the water but did not stop. Two Buzzards were circling beyond the north end of the lake.As we were leaving a Sparrowhawk flew over Ridleys Court. The daffodils and primroses are looking lovely.A full list and count of the birds seen is given in the Bird Table.
